I was excited to find a 4 pack of this product at a great price, I waited a bit longer than usual but I figured the wait was worth it. The day I finally receive the envelope package I open it to only find 1, not the 4 pack advertised for Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer, Fig. I did not misread the product description, it clearly states it is a 4 pack. Bummed out :( I contacted Amazon's Customer Support phone support, I had 2 options keep the 1 I received or return it for a refund. I was hoping they would have offered to resend the product as described "4 Pack", and I could have emailed them the "1 Pack" I received. I ended up returning the product. Again another disappointment :(

I didn’t think there was a change in formula and thought that it was only a change in the outside packaging, so I was surprised to find out that there is definitely less color and more shimmer/sheerness compared to the original version. I noticed one other review that mentioned this and wished I checked reviews before getting the 4 pack. You can see the difference in tint in the picture but it is even more apparent on the lips. I actually bought it for the fig color, so I’m a bit disappointed but still rate it high. The peppermint flavoring leaves your lips with a minty feel for the first 30 mins or so.
